You say it went from 10 to 15, so you made 50% profit. Good for you. But you would not be so happy, if you had bought it at 108 only a few months ago? And everyone was saying to buy DEB at 5p after it crashed from 180. What could go wrong, buying it at 5p? Nothing. Oh no... DEB has gone bust now, so people who bought it are now all crying. mRD532.. You can see that it is not the google live Brent price which dictates markets and opil shares, but the forward contracts. So, Aug contract is at 67.38 and that's why PMO is down 5%

TR61... I couldn't agree more with you. I have been a long term holder for 5b years. Bought at 180, now worth half of that. Worst investment I could have made, apart from companies gone bust like Debenham. Our sp at 83 now has to almost double to get back to the 18 we were last October, despite all the huge progress on trading, debt reduction, Zama, Tolmount, Sea Lion etc. Lucky those people who are good at day trade this share.

Heardy... it's all a pathetic excuse to drive our sp down. Ftse goes up 1% and we lose 5%. Ftse loses 1% and we lose 4%. Brent goes up and we do nothing. Brent goes down 1 and we lose 6p.

Even lower than last week. And we were trading at 89.40 yesterday morning, with Brent only 1$ higher than now... how can we lose 7% for 1$ oil drop? Utterly ridiculous
