No news, no trades, back to normal, how does this company survive as a traded company?

I have owned this share many years having foolishly bought in at 28p. Apart from the two main directors hardly anybody has been buying the shares before the loan was settled by Proger at a loss for the company. Day after day no shares were traded There has been no new news, without something dramatic happening there is no way this will hit 40p.

So a loan of €13385000 in Feb 2019 at 5.5%. €14857350 owed, numerous court cases and settled for €10000000. Not a great deal overall but better than nothing
