Reccuring revenue is 27 mil, dividends 14m? So it is covered by reccuring revenue, unless i'm missing something.

It would be nice if free cash flow was greater than 14m though.

From a trading perspective if you like risk, it might be worthwile to buy here, if the 75% vote fails it could easily bounce and could make a lot of money. It seems not as tied up with massive stakeholders that it is a forgone conclusion. its playing with fire though.

I should note when I said genius, I wasn’t inferring it was a moral or nice thing to do. I think it sucks. But I’ve seen it before, nothing to me suggests this won’t happen here. I hope I’m wrong

No it’s a genius way of taking the assets of a publicly traded company and taking them private. Once they are off aim, trading may never resume or will stop, and they will restructure and pis will be wiped out. Which is easy to do once successfully delisted.

I think what will happen if they delist is they will fund raise at a crazy low share price, then do a billion to 1 share consolidation wiping out PIs.

100% I want this company to have less red flags. Getting their existing business running smoothly and profitable will restore the share price (making acquisitions easier) and giving confidence in the business. I would much prefer they stick to food production and not try to diversify out at this time. They have had issues in the past with production changes/availability. I want them to focus on being profitable and generating excess cash not over extending

On the one hand, Mylky, could be a good oppurtunity. The alternative to cows milk market is big. Maybe people could subscribe for the supplies for the milk machines, maybe that could be lucative, maybe that could allow Torou to get better raw material costs across the board.

However Tooru as S-Ventures seem to have a history of overpaying for acquisitions. I see nothing that differeniates their model from other generic identical versions and scratching beneath the surface of Mylky good reviews it starts getting murkey fairly quickly with people complaining/lack of company response.

IMO IF Mylky want to become the go to machine for making plant based milk, I think they would need a better model than the other generics out there, for what is essentially a blender/strainer combo. If they can manage to make a compelling product that stands out from the competition then it could pay off.

At least the price didn’t crater. Still await new cfo appointment and the possibility of a fund raise means not going to increase anytime soon, and hard to justify increasing

Its a lump some discount in lieu of four years of future payments, so it doesn’t suggest a lack of commitment

It slowly plods along. No danger of a divvy increase. The fact they mentioned total return since inception, seemed to be focus on the 10% returns because growth is slow.

Well. That’s odd. Just checked and I can’t buy on ii either. Have asked them but don’t expect a sensible response.

Last time it happened to me was for a company in the cannabis market space and they claimed it might be illegal! But they still let me hold them so that didn’t make sense either.

Remember when this floated in May, it had a massive share placing at 0.75p, which meant all the parties involved valued it at that price then.

Since then it acted like a soufle when someone opens the door too early. With this recent news, I think well under 0.75p is a buy.

I added again for this reason, even though it was well above the .24p I paid yesterday.

Just gutted I sold a load before results last time and was hoping to buy back cheaper, but that didn’t work out so far.

Dividends don’t get paid on treasury shares, but it will save some money.

Maybe they don’t cancel them because if the right acquisition came along that was accrecitive to nav they could use them to purchase?
