The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
So they went down a route that I thought might be the best approach but have screwed it up imo.
They should have offered more money for less shares. Like 5% at 50p, or whatever the maths would work out as.
Instead I get the opportunity to sell at 24p, where the reduction in shares might make the price go above this, seems like a rubbish joke. Especially if you have an average price of 26p in the first place.
This came up on my radar, so have got some in my SIPP. They seem to have good dividend cover and growth. What is the downside/risk here? They seem pretty solid
Not sure the reason why certain providers don’t offer certain shares, it can’t be found on hl either.
I hold them on ii platform
Its amazing just how much he appears to have got away with it all. Straight up lies and dodgy dealings here and at MSYS. Leaving myself and many other PIs shafted. I do hope Karma catches up with him.
I ended up biting at 44p a few weeks back, so far so good....., i'll probably buy more around that price if/when it falls again.
Was also sad to hear that they are going to 3rd party all the QA. Its the reason why I work QA in scientific instruments and not something "fun" like games, because rather than correct a history of treating them badly they are just outsourcing the issue.
I agree that progress has been slower than I would have liked. I think their products unfortunately are more related to the sort of procedures that would be put on hold over covid. I did sell half when it last went around 2.5p
I'm reasonably confident that this should start growing now and seeing some success. The board addition from TRX should help (they are progressing well, and if SUN is following their lead should see improvement). I'll be very disappointed if this company doesn't become profitable next year.
I can understand that, I dumped some a little earlier incase sale fell through and share price when down.
Just waiting for ex dividend date and then if I can get over 70p at the time I'll dump more.
I will miss the monthly dividend, I did look into Realty, but as a UK investor thats a non starter really.
