if TT is completed sooner rather than later, how long do we think DHSC will take to evaluate it? or would they evaluate Mologics and that would also cover Visitect?

Just thinking out loud if this is done by the end of Feb surely Omega has capacity to make a few million before end of April?

I've been thinking that as well. At the very least confirmation needed from Omega as to the state of play. There's also the £100m antibody tender to consider.

Omega have already substantially increased their staff according to previous posts on here. Will they go further? Will an increase in operating hours enable omega to go beyond 2m tests per week?

There is also global access diagnostics altruistic outlook to consider, will they be providing all tests they produce to UK or committing some internationally.
