100% I used to chase spikes, get way to emotional in the ups and downs. Ive learnt the hard way and everything i do now is step back, breath, properly research for a day or 2 and then action.

No matter how certain you are on result's, you don't gamble with 1.5m raises. You raise when the increased sp is guaranteed.

They know they might have a higher sp soon but its not guaranteed and thats not how you run a business.

Not sure if you're new to investing or this sector in particular but cash raising and dilution is expected and perfectly normal for a junior explorer, its exactly what it should be doing.

The key .... is it a good project.

Bad project, cash raising and either no progress or poor drill results mean the next raise not only dilutes you again but is at an even lower price!

Good project ... the raise unlocks good results, the sp rises ... the next raise is at a much higher sp, even with dilution the investor is winning ... next raise, unlocks progress ... sp rises etc etc.

So dilution absolutely, thats what we want. But what's the project we are cash raising into, thats the question and for me personally, I'm very happy with that and riversgold progress.

Why do people keep trying to use a raise call to scare people? Its a junior explorer ofcourse they will raise. It doesn't scare its normal.
