If Cascael, Solg flagship project, doesn't give a "sizeable" div to customers, it would be really naive to believe in any exploration story they might try to sell. The share will become a trading dog for everyone left with share at hand and as such, it wont never recover.

Indeed Eloro, a JV with a big guy is the best way for the big guy to use Solgold name while building the business but also it gives time to the big guy to squeeze the little partner/Solg to elimination. The management might continue getting salaries then an exit bonus and shown the door. no single interest for PIs if no "sizeable" dividend is distributed upfront. in fact, that is the only thing PIs will ever get. Do you imagine BHP will be a partner of solg in 25 year? will there be any need for a solg name in just after all permits are given?
