We do need the Green Light from TL why do think all the major oil companies walked away?
Why do you think the last bid round was so poor apart from ENI bidding and getting a License?
because for the 20 odd years of negotiations with oil majors and countries{ read HFB posts}
TL have insisted that any oil or gas discovered had to go directly to Timour they wanted the Beaco storage plant built for a cost of upwards of 20billion .That was the cost to a major oil co before they would issue a permit to drill so unfortunately we do need the GREEN LIGHT
from TL.They need to alter their wish list and be sensible, let's hope they do.

I think most holders of Baron are a bit disappointed with the performance of the share price
considering the potential it has.

News can be Good and Bad some holders might be scaling down their risk
