Looking at yesterdays RNS there are two conditions approval by the National Petroleum Authority and the Board of Directors of Timor Gap, agree with Stevemocal surely a done deal

I don't think a MoU is legally binding ,so there are no mandatory requirements.

The positive we can take out is we seem to have Timor onside and the 15% we gave away

will probably look a much better deal for us in the long term.

Don't forget Sundagas were gifted Chuditch so it's still a great deal for Baron Oil.

Jarv- I would think Timor Gap have probably underwritten the funding for the drill.

I think you can probably accept one delay but two doesn't look good on the BOD

When timelines are put in place by companies and not met investor start to question their investments. I still hold 30% of my original holding a bit nearer the 18th June I might consider buying a few more but the worry is how many more advanced talks can you have with potential J/V and funders?

Why would you hire a wellhead manager and a drill engineer with the deadline for

Drill or Drop on the 18th Dec if you haven't got a funding partner?
