Glonze. You will receive a new Eris share for every ZNWD share that you now hold. This is the dividend that was promised - not a cash payout you seemed to have been expecting. These new Eris shares are unlisted at present, although Eris have declared that they wish to list as soon as possible (the consensus view of this board seems to be Q1 or Q2 next year - probably preceded by another funding round?). There seem to be some chunky trades today ... can't tell which way as often posted wrong ... but based on the deal price some definitely look like chunky sells?

I'm not so sure - there seems to be plenty of stock available. If it's such a no brainer, why?
