I haven't read the article but I can surmise the content. How many times are Alba mentioned in it?
I would guess the share price is not less than 40% of the price when you started with a strong sell. I wonder what value you put on these assets. Your previous posted "research" comes across as bitter resentment that your chosen investment is not valued the same as JAY and I would expect that the latest is no different.
Does anyone know how large this "research" house is???? I assumed that they were located in the financial metropolis of Canary Wharf and yet the truth is that they are a business with a six digit balance sheet and based in the well known financial district in Shipley. https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@53.8350612,-1.7946499,3a,75y,285.67h,86.71t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s9I7XrtYYbplfLfcbN7modQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656
A rather tangled web of shareholders in the company's history.
Unless you are day trading, the daily movements are irrelevant. If everything the company has released has been accurate then the potential for increasing the enterprise value will flow through to the share price eventually or we will see someone making a move to take it over if the share price is seen as undervaluing the company.
swizz - It may not be their market but they have already shown over the years that whatever market they are attempting to corner is either too small or they are not good successful enough at capturing the business. I would probably opt for the too small option TBH. The "charity" part of their offering is the only USP and I just don't think that many people are interested in linking charity and mobiles.
Cheaper taking the deals directly with three and further enhanced by Cashback using Quidco or TCB. This company will continue to struggle as very few people are interested in anything other than the overall cost.
With respect, I have complete comprehension of the deal. I understand that we are to issue 100m+ shares for the option to purchase 39.63% of Bluejay. It is quite clearly highlighted: Acquisition price of £594,393 to be satisfied by the issue of 108,071,388 new Ordinary Shares to the Bluejay Vendors. The total shares that have issued for Bluejay will amount to 272,727,273 for a £0.9m purchase. In terms of value for FAM shareholders, I have my doubts. In terms of pure arithmetic, there is no basis for the monetary amount being attributed to the deal.
Not seeing the positive here. We are issuing another 100m shares for a £1/2m option to acquire the remainder of BlueJay. Looks to me like we are giving them £8m worth of shares for the privilege.
I don't have an agenda nor do I post about ex-BOD members being "career placement extraordinaire" without realising that the named director left months ago. I think the wording of your response is quite revealing - insecurity can be overcome.
Andrew Bell is no longer involved with the company as was notified on the 19th September. If there is a fund raising by the company then it will be nothing to do with him. Don't let these facts get in the way of whatever agenda you have.
shareaction, you are missing the point. If he thinks that the NOMAD was out of order then there are formal reporting mechanisms that can be used. His release of this information was wrong irrespective of the impact on the share price. Of course he has form for this type of thing and the sooner it is brought to a halt the better.
Thank you for the clarification that this is nothing more than a guess on your part. It is easy to talk the company up or down based on your specific agenda and now that I know where you stand then I can safely ignore your ramblings. If you look back at my posts on this thread (haven't done so for quite a while), you will see that I cautioned that the resources were not worth what some were quoting when the company was looking to sell, so I am realistic on the prospects here.
I know what can make a mine uneconomical, that isn't what I asked. You stated that you had studied the GRL resources and "would not touch it with a bargepole". So instead of a generic response, can you share your findings with us so that we can see why the GRL resources are uneconomical to mine. Perhaps you could give us an estimate of cash extraction costs or details of the investment levels required to extract the minerals? Or actually any substance to your claim would be great.
Thanks for that insightful and detailed post. Is "does not hang together" a technical term? Only I have never heard it during any mining discussions that I have had previously and it would appear to be the only thing stopping this project from being economically viable.
Have you know. Could you tell us exactly what you studied and why the resources in the ground are not economical to mine. And don't bother with the illegals swarming all over the ground, I am only interested in what you gleaned from studying the JROC report.
