Nice thought. But with the speed afc crawl at it may be 3 to 5 years before that happens. Unless Acciona are involved of course.

Based on their website sounds very well advanced and possibly ahead of AFC. Also appears a very private company.

Superficially looks fantastic. If only they could have stated the tenant as surely that won't require an nda would it! Would it be derogatory to the tenant maybe? Too many questions..
