I don't know Jamboian but long may they continue. I've picked up quite a few yesterday and this morning on HL that are not showing up. I may be delusional but having held and grown my shareholding over the last 4-5 years, I am still hoping for a sale of GT to Genmab and a special dividend.

Anyone remember David Budd's explanation for why we didn't get FDA approval for our COVID test?

Gilham's biggest failure was not stepping in at that point or appearing to do anything about it. IMO

IMM is just the commercial shell front end of a very good French Lab. The promise of the science is excellent, but after a disastrous few recent years (equivicol last trial results, delays, silence, dilution, incanthera etc) a sale of the entire business (even at a heavy discount to the future potential value) has to be the preferred option. It is hard to see how shareholder value would be enhanced in a longer term deal given the last few years. IMO

Aldebaran it's been equivalent to £20+ in the last few years so a lot more than that. It's not what we would accept Vlad and his wife control the Board and therefore the exit. Vlad is also The Science, so we're highly dependent on what his objectives is. They're unlikely to want to sell the whole thing, especially as they've not been working on either CBR or CDX recently (according to Peter, who I chatted to a whole ago) because they don't have the cash. I for one got into this for the promise of AML but always believed that CBR is where the real value lies. I'm disappointed with the BoD stewardship of this but the science appears to be excellent. I, for one,wouldn't want a quick exit unless the CBR potential was properly priced in, and my average is just under 2p old money!

Hi Xviolet, must be 2 people spent £5k, as one of the top-ups was mine. It feels like they are turning a corner. The last couple of presentations have been good and whilst I was a little shocked by the fundraise and dilution at the time, given the state of funding for the sector at the moment and they way other companies are trickle feeding request for funding almost month by month or quarter be quarter at the moment in the hope that there will be a turnaround, I think TCF probably did the right thing. It potentially could be a long journey, but the new chair seems to know what he's doing, so for me, I'll top-up from time to time and average down when I can.

WTP Wouldn't it be good if we got double+ that for the platform as a whole, a chunk retained for development and trials and £1+ps returned to us as a special dividend. IMO a possible (if not slightly wishful) scenario for the not too distant future and why after building a position over the last 5 years, I bought a whole chunk more this week.

There is every chance that this is designed to prompt a full bid for the platform from Genmab, instead of them cherry picking the Glymabs individually. If they like the tech, and they clearly do, why would they want to risk a third party coming in to control the platform and what they get to take forward. I cant see them liking the prospect of a competitor taking or sharing control. IMO this is a great commercial play by Phil and the Team and fingers crossed, with a following wind and some 4 leaf clovers to boot, we secure funding for the foreseeable and a special dividend for us. Now that would be nice ;-)

Moonparty, I agree with the positivity, although I would be surprised if it was to get to an IPO. Once all assets and people are aligned in the new legal entity, I would expect an offer to be incoming rather than a partnership. Divestment monetises the platform for us and cleans the books for someone to acquire the rest of Scancell. Whatever the outcome, it feels like a massively positive development and (IMO) we could be entering the end game for value realisation - the next 6-18m could be very interesting, so much so, I couldn't help making a couple of top-ups;-)

It's being kept pretty tight, given the lack of trades, it will be interesting to see what happens going into the close!
