RE: What now?11 Sep 2020 19:44
Damage has been done, never seen a share going down from 45p to 3p in a year. Pi's got the brunt of mismanagement. Writing was on the wall, much celebrated CEO Richard Trice resigned without explanation.. at 8p and down to 6p...shorters were still on board....the sp lingered around 5/6p for 3 months...The market knew except the Pi's who were buying all along in hope but I feel we were mislead...as shorters had inside information...feel sorry for Tommy and Hasiba and others....I lost manageable amount £6k but l have lost confidence in this troubled time we are all facing..I don't know the legality whether we were mislead , it's similar to taking action against Langbar 18 years ago...shareholder action group took them to court for falsifying to share holders , we won the case and we got our money refunded. It's happened to Valirx..shareholders got the Bod's to resign...the truth has come out, with new management company has survived due to LTH action which prevented bankruptcy... I hope Hur survives with the new CEO ...feel it's well oversold...
