Evgen has licensed the global rights for lead asset SFX-01 in neurodevelopmental disorders and schizophrenia to Stalicla.
Stalicla will use its proprietary precision medicine platform to identify specific phenotypes of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Evgen and Stalicla will collaborate initially on a clinical programme in ASD, with Stalicla funding all clinical development activities.

Evgen retains the global rights for all other indications.
Evgen has licensed Sulforadex®, its sulforaphane stabilisation technology, in a number of non-pharmaceutical applications to Juvenescence Ltd.
Juvenescence will deploy the Sulforadex® stabilisation technology to manufacture and market a nutritional health product containing a defined and stable dose of naturally derived sulforaphane. Launch is expected within the next two years.
Milestone payments along 2023 and expect rerating along towards market cap towards £50m IMO

Its been rerated due to the 10th OCT Rns "Evgen Pharma said it has licensed the global rights for lead asset SFX-01 in neurodevelopmental disorders and schizophrenia to Swiss group Stalicla in a deal worth up to US$160.5mln if all milestones are passed."

Breaking 7p ,hopefully double figures tomorrow..

Rerating took a long time since the RNS of 10th Oct, value is being realised by sp movement 16% is just a start.IMO

Tempting another topup of 27k shares feeling it's not stopping until 15p on it's way to 60p

JL76 SP will rise since warrants have been announced, though excercise date is 2nd Dec but the demand for shares outstrip supply...on weakness many are waiting to buy...follow the leader. IMO..

The value of Evg is all there in $160 M milestone payment according 10Oct RNS I would not compare with Argo block chain or any crypto mob.... billion or dust... Evg definately commands mcap £100m or a 10 bagger.IMO

Results will definately will endorse that its need to be rerated in my opinion....the market will pick up accordingly due to the Ftx turmoil, likes of Evg will be picked up as a safe haven IMO

We are talking serious money market cap of £300m, probably taken over before that sum per share.

Patience as still Evg could have advantage of last years placing at 8p netting £10 million pound....all positive double figures....
