Does this mean a dilution of shares and SP going down? We need to break 38p - 40p range been hovering around this price for long.

It is a good news as Luceco has invested £1.75m in the new company and will hold 9% share in the EV compnay as this is the future of cars charging etc. Bit strange maybe someone is short selling and pulling the price down but I am still holding for long term.

Not sure why the SP is down after this RNS sometimes I don't understand the market and how this impacts the SP even after this positive news IMO.

Apparently on some broker sites they had this buy rating few weeks back and target price of 475+. Glad I didn't jump and bought it when it was around 250+, these brokers sometimes I feel they want to offload their stack and dump on the new investors. Shocking price dump on this 73%.

Results looking good but price is downward spiral? Doesn't make sense at all..

Just coming back after long time and saw the price is down from 50 to 27 currently, can someone share what happen and why are we going down? I had high hopes of Pre with rare earth and new facility in north.

DonBroco, spot on I read that RNS again and feel the result of audit will be not considered for this period as per this statement in that RNS "It should be noted the potential changes to the results for FY22 do not impact the net debt position previously notified of £21.2m as at 31 July 2022 and management reiterate they believe that the Group's £40m revolving credit facility provides sufficient liquidity for the future."

So seems like the SP might be moving in the right direction that is up anyways after the 31st August report. Hope so :)

Folks, I am holding good number of Pre from sub 70. I am wondering is it a good time to buy in or wait for more pull back ? I have read China's point and agree as lots of deliveries are in pipeline. Company wise it is strong in fundamentals.

It is not listed on HL tried in the morning but couldnt find and called up the desk but it was a long queue to get through..

I have seen this as well and for other stocks as well, not sure if it is related to T212 and other free trading sites people tend to get just to spread the sector as part of portfolio but 1 or 2 shares is unbelievable.
Another note what could be the reason for selloff and price level down? we are expecting BFS today this or next week? Where is China and Torna?

Great thanks Joe. What is everyone's view on the SP after the BFS report say next week as it is end of Jan 21? Will it come down or go up ? I expect positive data analysis on the BFS study and fingers cross no delays on this.

Can someone point out to link or presentation that details the plan for next couple of years for Pre? I am not able to gather the next stage activities. This will help in understanding the output we can expect and deliveries.

The way the company has managed to deliver all the set targets is great so far.If they continue with all the expectations and plan this could be huge imo. Mining and processing all self managed will be like bonus in terms of cost. Hopefully £3+ in sometime should be a great valuation. Dont forget we were nearly at £1.21 few weeks back.
