This clown is clueless about the company, makes numbers up out of thin air that the company never said, and consistently tries to tell everybody that they are building a mine at Pepas, when they've clearly told the world they plan on holding it.

This guy is just pulling numbers out of his arse. Some of the most gobbledygook I have seen in a long time. Nobody forecasted the numbers that he just made up his numpty mind.

You’re still arguing a hypothetical standalone mine scenario when the company has repeatedly said Pepas is intended to be toll processed, which makes your entire grade tolerance and mill design lecture beside the point. Toll agreements are negotiated around blending, scheduling and commercial terms, not some rigid textbook ±20 percent head grade rule applied in isolation as if Pepas is trying to take over someone else’s plant feed overnight. If you want to talk about real risks then talk about securing a commercial tolling partner, but pretending they need to design or match a brand new 2 g/t mill just shows you are debating a project that management has already said they are not building.

Everything this muppet is saying about Pepas doesn’t make any sense because the company has clearly said they are only going to toll the project. All the talk about capex, IRR, scale, and building a mine is completely irrelevant and doesn’t apply to the way they are actually developing it.

Is definitely out of her element. Constantly brings up fabricated, unrealistic, and ridiculous numbers, consistently says they are building a mine at Pepas ( which is 100% false and yet other people are jumping on this same lie), and many other nonsensical comments.

She needs to stick to retirement and get a new hobby. Unless of course, embarrassing oneself online is considered a hobby, then element must have OCD when it comes to posting negatively about this company.

@karl345345 you're putting way too much trust in element understanding the meaning of the word diversify. After all, she can't even understand the difference between tolling and building a mine. You need to speak in smaller words, because that's the only way she'll understand. Even then I'm pretty sure that is going to be tough for her to understand.

You failed to answer the rest of my question about what you said Durett said. Why is that? Is it because he told the world he exited other positions, but not omi? @Surin that is exactly what they plan on doing, but fools on here are trying to say they are going to build a mine on Pepas. That was never in the cards, they were just using this resource to literally fund the rest of their projects, which are astronomically better than what Pepas provides.
