yes because they know the value of contract/s that are coming in...otherwise none would pay 3 times mcap (a T/O could be also considered but not yet)

and new customers coming up....that should be even better(at least they should pay their orders)

after months of silence a string of RNS came along and we start to discover a new run company....

with international companies to be announced shortly.....that will be interesting.....maybe at same time another from that company will join the board...

they only gave away at 2p 30 mill shares....there must be very good development coming up...and,as I said,the new partner put 2 new directors on the board....I guess new international contracts to be out very soon...

exactly my views and a pity I can not add....first sign of a contract and the mood will change totally...all in all this company is value at 0.8p at 2.4 mill£....a single contract could be worth twice that mcap...

is the only mm at 0.8p...the rewst are above 1.1p........I wonder why..
