AA I held GWP shares and unfortunately sold out too early before it got bought out. I was of the opinion bought out went onto Nasdaq and has continued to rise in value. So tell me what happened that concerned you ?

The RNS today was to update development with Sierra Oncology Inc. This update was a US investor update which resulted in Sierra Oncology Inc SP to increase by 3.88%
So What’s not to like.
We have just seen stop / loss triggered by inexperienced investors who need to take stop loss off their settings

Great article covering Scancell in DM, but why show photos of an injection delivery system, we had a great opportunity to showcase needless delivery system

We can only speculate as to why CH has lost his job. Possible his autocratic old school management style just wasn’t working. After3 years with no progress to get one PH 1 clinical study in process I feel he may have exasperated his management team.
We probably will never find out what happened to ignite the speedy decision to remove him, but it’s done.

Professor Lindy Durrant CEO Scancell is the only choice for the position and I think the best choice to address CH’s departure.
In the near term this is going to be tough to juggle the increased work load but may also alleviate the frustration which has been building due to lack of commercial progress in clinical trials.

She invented the science and is more than capable to explain the science in high level scientific terminology. But equally, and perhaps more importantly can explain the benefits the science brings to audiences who are looking how the science can deliver a cure to cancer sufferers and vaccines that could fight covid variants .
Her management style is very enthusiastic warm and engaging which will change the dynamics of Scancell in a very positive way.

May have been the desired objective
However, the overly technical presentation would have done nothing to excited investors hoping for news of a second generation vaccine.
Cliff the most boring presenter, needed to delivery a positive update told in simple English so new investors knew what a fantastic scientific organisation they had invested in. Suggest Lindy does a simple presentations on what these new vaccines will do for cancer sufferers in her enthusiastic stile and let Cliff do the slipping start date ( I though Q1 then Q2 2021 now looks like 2022 )”

I think CH stayed to long, so I think
Lindy will hold the reigns until Redmile can get a Bio savvy CEO to take this fantastic pipeline forward.

Have we got to waite to read what scancell present to OXT to get the update on progress, if so there is something very wrong with the BOD’s understanding of their role to inform all shareholders of company progress. Now, I suppose we will get an RNS tomorrow or an update prior to the presentation Let’s hope so
