Do your bit ??
Quick feet
I have no intention to argue with you all I would say is that I oversee the survey and I can assure you that there is some level of checking. For instance Chris Fraser showing interest of £600m didn’t make it thru. Nor did the wolfofwoodsmith. I liked that one.
Beyond that we are demonstrating to SM that there is interest we don’t expect to £460m from PIs that is unrealistic but PIs are not the only investors and we are working many avenues of interest
Best regards

You can read it here: www.fundsirius.com
I was promised by the Link Asset Service the registrars that my investor code would be emailed to me after a couple of days.
Just chased to be told they don't email them and they cannot give it to me over the phone - another words very unlikely I will get it by Monday. I pushed back and asked for management and viola they gave me my investor code (you cannot vote in person on Tuesday without it).
SO if anyone else has been told it is being emailed please get onto them now 0371 664 0300

Pwh31 " when the BoD have been clear in legal takeover docs that there is none ?"
Just because there is not another offer on the table, it does not mean there is no other choice.
They have cash to at least the end of March and they could seek a loan
They could place $600m of bonds/offer to the markets in that time.
They previously repaid $400m of bonds in September and said they could have placed $500m if they had warrants attached - so VERY CLEARLY there is appetite for $600m of bonds - WHY DID THEY/ARE THEY NOT TRYING TO RAISE IT - they could have tried in parallel to pursuing the AA offer reality is they want the AA deal no matter what is on offer imo
IMO:
The board did nothing to try and raise the $600m from the markets/investors
Why did they not simply place $600m of bonds back in September? Is it because those great advisors JPMorgan told them not to bother, after all they were shorting SM heavily at the time why mess up a good thing.
All they appear to have done is pursue this AA offer with a tenacity that is quite shocking given that they could of raised the $600m in parallel to finding a strategic partner. They did not need to be in one package.... www.fundsirius.com

The Sunday Times have asked us if we know of any shareholders living close to the mine/Whitby area that would be available for a discussion and photo.
If that is something you are interested in please contact Liam Kelly liam.kelly@sunday-times.co.uk
SM never bothered asking the +50% owners of the company if we would like to help raise the $600m
So if we demonstrate to them that we can do so, we may yet fend off the AA bid and get to keep our shares. Please visit the dedicate website setup for this here: https://fundsirius.com/
This is really important and our best chance of KEEPING OUR SHARES IN SIRIUS MINERALS
PLEASE tell everyone, we need this to go viral to reach all the 85,000 shareholders and people that just want to help It does not matter if you are an existing shareholder - EVERYONE CAN DO THIS

If it helps anyone....
Most likely too late now for you to get a share transferred into your own name from a nominee account like Hargreaves (they cut off on Friday)
Nominee accounts will lump all votes together and act as ONE voter so if 1000 vote NO 600 vote YES the nominee will vote 400 NO (or should do anyway.
At the Scheme of arrangement vote on 3rd March it requires 75% of the voters to say yes and 75% of the shares voted by the voters to say yes, otherwise the SOA fails. So if you transferred a single share to your own name then you can vote as singe voter.
If the SOA fails then there are a number of possibilities:
1) AA make a takeover bid - with a potentially raised offer to ensure the outcome
2) SM file for administration - I personally find this highly unlikely unless AA immediately say they won't make a takeover bid. But even then SM would need to be considerate of everything going on before they called administration.
3) Other parties declare their interest
there are no guarantees here but IMO AA deserve to be put through the wringer for suggesting SM private investors make bad investment decisions. After all, if we hadn't decided to invest then SM wouldn't exist and there wouldn't be a Tier One investment opportunity for them to swoop upon like a parasite.
