"The Company intends to issue a total of 36,047,502 new ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40 pence per share (the "Issue Price"), totalling approximately £14.4 million (the "Issue of Equity"). Not too bad considering the placing price is above the current.....so hopefully the next news is tech. update,and those takers of the placing shares surely confident enough about positive outcome .

Expect the bargain hunters to pick up some cheap shares soon enough.....btw not only here as the spooked market left some decent opprtunities for the braves....GLA.

Recovering nicely now...might be 12p before the lunch break....YET, it can still drop back to 10p before finish....buy in tranches is the hedging way....GLA.

Good time to enter/add....IMHO. too much money by major investors,and fairly ggod progress so far in this masive project to let it fail now......today news is nothing BUT a little bleep and as such big opportunity to take advantage of the current price....it may retrace even further in the short term (or it won't.....) but if that will be the case then with a longer view this could be very,very rewarding....again IMHO. GLA whatever.

Too much guess work here atm....some are savvy,others are wishful thinking/hoppimg.....let's just wait and see how things unfolding.....fwiw I am holding tight,and will add few more on any weakness....GLA.

Momentum is positive and this is the important fact!!! one can always expect some traders to take advantage of the rise (and why not....).
I am expecting to see further rise in the near term as the current valuation here is on the low end IMHO,as for the longer term will have to wait for more update/numbers from the merged new compny.

It calls "hedge your bet"facts we know are:
1) The company has massive potential.
2)The current SP is just circa 28p is on the lower end.
3)We have very stong BOD with some big boys miners on board.
Facts we DON'T know are; 1) Is NM really plans to take us to production,or only saying it to get the best buy out offer.
2)The obvious prediction what the future SP will be next week/month/year....
3)Many addition facts regarding future political developments,copper/gold prices and many others....
Whatever one can do is try and make some savvy guess work and cash on profit when possible,or just sit tight and hope for the best outcome....
The choice is very individual to anyone to make subject to his own needs/bet.

jbatch, very good and balanced post and as such recommended for anyone to read....at this early days of the new venture one should not expect to have hard figures with so much work that needed to be done....the main thing is that we have a very much in demand product that will sell itself giving time it's a fact!!! sales numbers will follow in due course....only after the company maybe be in a position to give out some future expected forcast.
In addition of course we have the core oil business in Denver that is expected to recover nicely after a very difficult year with much improved production....as such when one looking at the rock bottom (even after yesterday little relief rally...) SP it's a no brainer as far as I concern to see the potential for a good recovery here in the near/med term....as always IMHO.

Not a bad rise for Friday....bring on next week.

With the absence of figures this is not earth shattering news,true....BUT, definetely will do no harm at all...

Further evidence that things are falling into places....I would like to think that we finally have seen the end of the downtrend yesterday,surely the future is much brighter now. GLA.

Added few today....looks like overhang of shares that was the reason behind the recent sharp drop is drying up....should see some recovery soon enough IMHO.

Good news indeed....milestone revenue for the year is well on target to grow to more than 1 million for the first time this year ,and it's still growing significantly on a monthly basis....SP could be heading to dbl digit next year IMHO.
