Yep...took some loss and sold most of my little holding here first thing this morning....left tiny chunk just incase....you just can't win them all but shame for this company, very good product with weak managent and to be fair the pandemic was out of their control....will put the little proceeds to better use in my portfolio (luckily doing just fine atm...)

Not a good news ....basically the company put itself for sale and I don't think will be much there for share holders....sad outcome of the nasty pandemic ,not the first and not the last.

One last thing,only few weeks back when the boardroom shenanigans started some folks here suggested to sell (SP drops to circa 25p back then...)whilst I thought it's actually an opportunity to buy...this time round it's happening again only the SP is in the mid 30's...makes you wonder what will be the price next time in this ongoing battle (40's,50's...who knows...)one thing I am sure of, REAL VALUE will win the war....

Indeed it is....YET, daily weakness are there for the Braves,(and arguably smarts....) to take advantage of....the boardroom power struggle will settled sooner or later,and the fudamentals getting better every day,(GOLD PRICE...)if one can ignore the occasion drops or better make the most of it then the longer term holding should do just fine....

Yes,but resistance are there to be broken...after the latest decent update and even more with the reasonable anticipation of even better things to come I don't think it will be too difficult to move the SP well above 2.50p....IMHO.

Nice and steady rise recently with more and more buying, and less and less selling....always a good indicator of what to come...personally I rather see that sort of slow ish sustain climb than a big spike....GLA.

Don't think there is a chance for 6's...despite some wishful Hope's of some here....more likely upside down 6's.....IMHO.

Today update is fairly good considering the pandemic expected damage in the first half of this year....second half(normally the strongest period....)started with level of recovery as business trying to get back to some life,HOWEVER, the company already warns that they expect numbers to be lower than last year....so yes the current SP is very low indeed,and perhaps tempting,YET, there is a BUT, the world is going now with even stronger second wave of this nasty covid pandemic,and as such outlook for this normally promising second half is not yet known....without some covid related decent contracts the company will not find business easy IMHO, together with the fact they said cash (good for the near term....)will last until second quarter of 2021 could lead to another placing even before that time if recovery will not be strong enough....overall.too many unknowns to my likes....but will watch and monitor as time goes from here...GLA.

So far so good.....considering the big placing for 27p the market so far anyway holding strong well above 30p which is a very positive and surprisingly move....obviously many folks happy to enter/average down paying premium to the placing.....I will do the same,but will not rush it as I do believe that the SP will be lower (in the near term....)once many of the placing shares will be sold in the open market...(fairly big overhang shares....) IMHO.

Oh well, folks who want to enter/add will have this opportunity now to do just that at the reduce placing price of circa 27p.....maybe even lower in the short term as this is the market way more often than not......short term SP weakness with a bit longer term few bagger decent chance (yet,depending on some further development news....)

Not much happening here during the Summer,(season wise....) YET, with next year big list of major sports events to look for I thing the BIRD will fly high and fast with big(and fat.....) contracts ....
I fully expect a bumper year with our tech. getting traction across the pond in particular....IMHO.
