You keep assuming that KMG shareholders are going to be dumping their shares.

This is what the notice to KMG's shareholders stated:
"The Distribution will provide Eligible Shareholders with an ongoing interest in the Elizabeth Hill Project and exposure to
a diverse range of exploration projects through an investment in an AIM-listed company without incurring intermediary costs at the Company level."

I think you missed the words, "ongoing interest!"

Bill stated in the RNS:
"We look forward to completion taking place shortly, and I welcome all incoming KMG shareholders to the Company."

I think we should be taking time to welcome the KMG shareholders to UFO.

You've sold your shares early, and you keep trying to drive the SP down so you can buy back more cheaply.

I will keep stacking UFO shares. Anything under the 1p territory is a bargain considering where this is going to go.

COMEX Exchange for Physical (EFP) could cause force majeure on COMEX any day.
Also physical demand will increase significantly with Indian wedding season starting in Oct.
There is hardly any large quantities of physical out there.

KMG couldn't raise the funds for drilling and even had to get a loan from Alien to arrange the notice for their shareholder.

This is the benefit of being a listed company. We can raise funds and as Bill stated in the RNS,
"We are ready to commence field work at Elizabeth Hill and execute on our exploration strategy to advance the project"

I think people are completely misunderstanding the motivation of KMG shareholders.

If you read the notice to their shareholders, the directors were advising them to agree to the sale so that they can unlock the value of their asset and also get access to our diversified portfolio.

I think there is zero chance of KMG Shareholders selling out early.

Why would they?

As Bill said in the RNS,

Why would they sell before we have unlocked the value of the project.

I can see them selling once we have started drilling and signed a JV, but not before.

The sale or non-sale would have been concluded before the 7am RNS.

I have a feeling the acquisition has gone through since RNS at 7am still included:

If it didn't go through they should have taken EH out the above statement.

Bill is going to unlock the value of the EH high grade silver project very quick. It's his pick, his baby. He has everything lined up to do it fast.

Hi grade silver mines are extremely rare (as per Keith Neumeyer's interview yesterday).

Bill has been doing behind the scenes research and is ready to hit the ground running.

I invested into UFO since it's the best junior silver exploration and development company on LSE.

My thesis is that money will inevitably funnel into it during the silver bull market. With it's tiny Mkt Cap, you are getting the best silver bang for your buck.
When the GSR heads towards 15 to 1, that's when we get our huge pay day .

But the great bonus for me is that we are diversified. So despite the very temporary hiccup in PM spot prices, our SP has been very strong compared to other PM miners.

This makes UFO the best asymmetric investment opportunity.

Bill has over 25 years experience in mineral exploration and has worked for Rio Tinto.
Rio Tinto's tenement is right next door to Alien's Tenement (as illustrated on Fig 4 of RNS dated 25/08/20).
This must be why Bill picked up this project. He knows the geology and has contacts at Rio Tinto to arrange a JV.

This project is going to be a winner.

Iron Ore prices are up massively this year and China will continue to buy as much as they can for their Belt & Road Initiative.

UFO came out unscathed from the market rout, which shows how strong it is.

I still can't believe it's not trading above 1p already, given all the news flow due to be released shortly.

After the deal with Capstone Mining Corp, it's been de-risked.

I've been topping up more and more since I feel more comfortable with all my eggs in UFO as there is less risk and massive upside.
It's the best asymmetric investment opportunity that exists imo.

I'm not bothered about any swings, since I know my money is safe long-term.
I'm not selling any shares until it becomes a 10 bagger.
If you trade the shares, you will find you will have less shares at the end of the bull market since you can never time it right.

Hi Pete. Congrats on finding the best junior silver play on LSE and being the few who understand where silver & base metals are going. Getting in under 1p is an absolute bargain. You might be visiting Monaco again soon ;)
