Yes as per RNS 1/9/20 he was awarded the share options when he was appointed CEO.
But he has to wait until March & Sept 2021 before he can exercise them and they expire in 2023.

Bill was awarded 45m shares and the exercise price is between 0.45-.55p. At today's price they are in profit at about 2p each = £900,000.
If he waits until the bull run really heats up in a couple years, he will be extremely rich!
Maybe that's why he has been so aggressive with the 117km2 extension he purchased at Elizabeth Hill.

In the Daily Mail article it mentioned UFO is now in the "ten-bag club".

There were many 50 baggers in the history of silver bull markets.

Since UFO is the best silver junior on LSE, I am hoping it can get into the "50-bag club!" GL :)

It's amazing how Bill has transformed the company.

I feel very positive about the future of the company. We are just starting on the PM & Base metals bull run.
If you zoom out on the UFO chart, you can't even notice the recent rise! Obviously past performance yada yada...

Bill sounds very confident that it will go through saying the Capstone Mining are keen.

There is a shortage of copper deposits and copper is about to make a huge break to the upside.

Our copper is the high-grade VMS - volcanogenic massive suplhide.

It should be a great Farm Out deal and as the RNS states, will provide us with cash payments :)

Yes, Donovan 2 Farm Out deal RNS 9/9/20 set out a 45-day due diligence period with Capstone Mining which ends on this Friday 23rd October.

Bill mentioned in his interview on Wednesday 14th that "Capstone Mining are are keenly hoping to take it on and we are hoping that will be completed either end of this week or next week."

Therefore, the golden/copper RNS can land any time Mon-Friday.

Now that we are in the Daily Mail, and with people search for investing in silver, you can expect another spectacular week! GL

I know Arian Silver (Alien Metals old name, before Bill took over) used to be in a junior silver mining fund (I remember seeing it in the portfolio of the fund).

I can guarantee you now that Goldman Sachs has just recommended to dump dollars and buy silver, funds will start buying UFO again since we are the best junior silver miner on LSE.

Probably best to invest yourself direct before the Institutions & Funds start buying. GL

I just wanted to reiterate the importance of the Daily Mail article.
Although it was only one small paragraph, it's a milestone for a junior miner.

I have been on here encouraging new investors to join so that we can kick-start UFO into the PM & Base Metals bull market that is now starting.
It's almost impossible for juniors miners to get funding from banks (since they are deemed too risky).
That is how we were able to buy Elizabeth Hill off of KMG. KMG was not a listed company and could not raise the funds to re-open their mine.

Now that we have kick-started UFO and provided it with the funding to drill all 5 of its confirmed high-grade projects, we will now get the JVs and get Institutions joining.

Bill mentioned in a prior interview that we had a couple institutions investing during the placing and that we are getting more noticed by the institutions.

Currently there are hardly any institutions investing in the PM market.
But Warren Buffett’s purchase of a chunk of Barrick Gold is changing that.
Also after Goldman Sachs recommendation of dumping dollars & buying silver, I guarantee you we will get institutions knocking on our door very soon, especially since we are the best junior silver miner on LSE.

This will then propel us to new heights by giving us the funding to grow and allow Bill to do what he does best.
As Bill said in yesterday’s RNS, he is looking at new projects to add to the UFO portfolio.
UFO is the best long-term investment to ride the PM & Base metals bull market.

With regards to directors having skin in the game, I'm not sure how much stock they personally own, but they were granted share options as remuneration which are now well in-the-money (see RNS 1/9/20). The share options don't expire until 2023-2024 so people don't exercise them until expiry. This means they have a vested interest in the company.

Elizabeth Hill has confirmed high-grade silver over 2000g/ton silver. The largest nugget in Australia of 180kg was found at EH.
Bill explains it if you watch his interviews or read the RNS.
We have just bought a 117km2 extension to EH (for peanuts) which includes a range of PM & Base Metals (as per RNS).
This is the benefit of having a CEO who is a geologist with 25 years experience in exploration.

The EH mine closed 2000 since silver price was about $4/Oz.

The previous owners KMG didn't have any funds to re-open it and it has laid dormant since silver has been in a bear market.
Silver is now starting its bull market and heading to its previous ATH.
Eric Sprott is adamant that the Gold Silver Ratio will go to 15 to 1. If it does, we will be minted! GL

I managed to find out about UFO through reading an obscure article in www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk.
That's the only place that tends to write about us.

We are now in the main stream media and people will know that we are a Silver company (and will soon find out we are the best silver company on AIM).
