I strongly believe UFO is the best investment opportunity on AIM due to the fact that we are just about to unlock the value in 5 projects:
Currently in JV discussions regarding:
Elizabeth Hill
Hamersley (think of Fortescue’s new US$4 Billion Iron Ore Deal and Solar plans)
Greenland.
Also IBK Capital have just started marketing our x2 high-grade silver projects in Mexico.

Nothing else on AIM comes close as we head into a PM & Base Metals bull market.

I wish you all the best, but just didn’t want you to lose out on this opportunity since you were one of the good guys on here. GL mate.

So Bill is basically saying the extension to EH is going to be a winner due to the positive lab results.
We are well funded and in JV discussions regarding our newly acquired exploration licences:
Elizabeth Hill, Hamersley & Greenland.
Be patient for the JVs to be announced and expect multi-bags in future ;)

Plus 26/10/20 M&A Update RNS stated:
“The Company will continue its efforts in exploring and developing the projects and simultaneously consider third party funding options to develop and mining the projects minimising dilution to shareholders.”

Bill is a legend. I was shocked this morning when I didn't see an RNS at 7am.
But captain Bill never disappoints :)
I know he wouldn't let us down.

I am more intrigued now about the behind the scenes discussions regarding Hamersley's JV ;)

Bear in mind we had warrants that became effective I think yesterday, so that will clear out very soon.

RNS stated:
- Samples have been processed by ALS Global in Perth and have returned anomalous results for nickel (Ni), platinum group elements (PGEs), copper (Cu), gold (Au) and silver (Ag).

Not necessarily since the RNS states we are in JV discussions regarding Elizabeth Hill.

E.g. Capstone Mining took on our Donovan 2 project prior to drilling. Now we don’t need to spend a penny on Donovan 2 and can use the funds for our other projects.

Hi Phoebus, I'm only taking from a long-term investors perspective and expect commodity prices to rise significantly once the stimulus on steroids is unleashed!

As I said before:

The new investors now are not paying a penny for UFOs legacy projects in Mexico.
They were all paid for by the previous shareholders.

Also the new investors are not paying for the newly acquired projects in Australia - Hamersley & Elizabeth Hill.

At 1.6p they are only paying the value of the 117km2 extension we just purchased at the EH high-grade silver mine.

UFO is cheap as chips!

You are right Disruptor. Also Bill was awarded 45M UFO shares when he was appointed CEO. He can't exercise 30M of them until Sept 2021.
So I think Bill will want to maximise on his share options first and become filthy rich that way!

EWT98 & OTP have done some rough calculations for the Iron Ore.

I really hope we don't get takenover, since I believe UFO with it's scalable business model is the best vehicle to ride the PM & Base Metals bull market.

At a Mkt Cap of £49M, UFO is seriously undervalued. The can buy us for peanuts.

Fortescue play the long aggressive game as evidenced by the way they they acquire exploration licences.

They are acquiring assets not to fulfil their $4Billion order, but to shore up their depleting assets.

I now think a takeover M&A will probably most likely be our fate.

As SaintPeter1 said,
“I agree Norm. A takeover, at an obviously favourable price, could represent the best way for shareholders to obtain value.”

As a silver bug myself, I was planning to hold my UFO shares for the duration of the silver bull market.

If we do get taken over, I sincerely hope we get top dollar! Then can try to find the next UFO!

Our Elizabeth Hill high-grade silver mine is also in the Pilbara.

Fortescue are going to need our silver too.

Therefore, we make even more suitable partners!

Since Fortescue (Mkt Cap US$38 Billion) are our neighbours in the Pilbara, and they have a US$4 Billion Iron Ore deal to fill, it makes sense for them to either do a JV with us or buy us out (UFO Mkt Cap 46M).

If they assay results form Intertek in Perth (https://www.intertek.com/minerals/assay/) confirm we have high-grade DSO Iron Ore, things will start moving fast. GLA

I knew something big was brewing when I posted on 21/10/20:
“If they want to sell our Copper, Silver & Iron Ore to the Chinese, we are not going to accept peanuts! Simple.”

Maybe I was wrong about the Copper since the Chinese are temporarily putting a ban on copper, sugar, lobster, timber and barley from Australian.

But I think I was on the money on the regarding the Iron Ore, since we have high-grade DSO and Fortescue can just chuck it on to trucks, trains and then ship it to China without processing.

Life changing moment coming :)
