No one on this board ever thought it was a TR1 selling since we would have had the TR1 come through.

Dilution obviously played a part in reduction of 3% of holdings.
I can only assume we will see the TR1 for reduction within a couple days?

One positive we can take is the SP not rising the past month wasn't due to management or company.

Mainly due to Aznav selling.

Yes it's been driving me mad trying to work out why we are not rising on the RNS positive news!!

Yes maybe Aznav is now holding under the 3% threshold so not showing on website.

Aznav was probably the one selling in lots of £178k etc around 19-21 October.

Bear in mind, some junior miners SP can double in price just because they commence drilling.
It depends on the Mkt Cap, sentiment of market, potential etc.

Commence of drilling is very positive for the SP.

The 2 mines in Mexico are historic mines. So they will need some work.
The recent samples they took confirmed high-grade silver.
Los Campos is ave 547 g/t.
San Celso is ave 411 g/t.

Elizabeth Hill was closed in 2000 due to the price of since silver being about $4/Oz.
Elizabeth Hill will be much easier to restart.
As Bill said in interview, “Elizabeth Hill has INCREDIBLE high-grade, one of the highest grade mines definitely in Australia for silver that never actually completed production.”

Hi Dutch. In yesterday's interview Bill said Capstone has started work already doing the IP geo survey.

Once they get the permit for drilling they will start drilling.
Then SP will increase again for drilling at Donovan 2.

Bill will keep the news flow coming.

Just need to ride out the current bashing by the shorting trolls.

I don't understand why shareholders are selling just before we start drilling!

UFO hasn't drilled anything since 2017 and we are just about to drill at x2 high-grade silver projects that are being marketed by IBK Capital.

If you understand mining shares, you will know that the SP will increase once we commence drilling.

This is the time to buy, not sell!
But the trolls have been working extra hard to panic investors. Very sad indeed.

The trolls have managed to bash the SP down on nonsense, not fact.
On Friday 16/10/20 Bill issued an RNS titled “Company Update” to essentially explain why the rise in SP to 2.42p was justified.
Then we keep getting amazing RNSs. But the trolls kept bashing the SP down with nonsense (not fact) for past 4 weeks and panic investors to sell.
If the trolls have any facts, please present them.
Otherwise read the RNSs and listen to the interviews.

Hi StarBright. The 2 high-grade silver mines Los Campos and San Celso are our legacy projects and were paid for before Bill joined.
In the M&A Update RNS 26/10/20 it gives you all the details.
We are waiting for an update from IBK Capital.
But they should be snapped up very quick since Keith Neumeyer of First Majestic Silver said high-grade silver mines are very rare and we are going to go through a 10 year silver bull market.
Also the two mines neighbour Fresnillo, Endeavour Silver and Carlos Slim’s Minera Frisco.

Before we sell or JV, Bill is following the company strategy and bringing them up the value curve:

Low-cost acquisitions -> Bring up value curve via geo exploration work -> JV Partnership -> Unlock
