No one has factored in Turner Pope's, "Exploration target tonnage target of up to 245 million tonnes, which could potentially even need to be revised upwards."
This was a shock to me.

The RNS stated:
"High-grade sample locations extend previously mapped prospective areas which are outside of those incorporated into the Company's maiden Exploration Targets."

Also that drilling is scheduled for early 2021.

The placing has caused temporary pain, but IMHO & Northstar's opinion we will get a re-rate and gap up very soon.

IMHO I also strongly believe we will gap up to 7p. We have been building a large base and the breakout will be explosive.

On a positive note, the terms of our credit is improving.
The first 2 placings had warrants attached which caused us significant pain this year as the warrants were exercised.
The 3rd placing didn't have any warrants attached and stated it was, "undertaken with a combination of certain new and existing investors."
Now the recent placing included Professional and a strategic long-term Institutional investor.

Once we get the 3rd Party Funding as mentioned in the M&A Update RNS 26/10/20, we can then minimise dilution for shareholders.

The placing has meant that we are now in an incredibly strong position and can fast-track activities, which means a fast-tracking RNSs! All looking great for this month & 2021.

JV Partnership can come any time.

Eg we signed our Exclusivity Agreement with Capstone for Donovan 2 prior to drilling last September (this took us all by surprise). Things can move very fast in a bull market.

But the more geo exploration work we can do and bring the projects up the value curve, the higher percentage or higher sale price we can get.

Since we are going to commence drilling in Mexico (drill rigs ready, just waiting for permit) 2021 will be a fantastic year for UFO.

The $15/tonne figure to dig out, I got from a recent FT article which stated:
“The run-up in prices has generated huge profits for Anglo, BHP and Vale as well as other big producers including Rio Tinto and Fortescue Metals Group, which can dig the material out of the ground for less than $15 a tonne.”

When calculating the profit from our 51% share of Hamersley DSO Iron Ore (current spot price $130 and £15 to dig out), I'm now using:
245M tonnes, which could potentially even need to be revised upwards!!!!

TP are basically saying a huge re-rate is coming.

It's important to note, in the RNS it stated:
"High-grade sample locations extend previously mapped prospective areas which are
outside of those incorporated into the Company’s maiden Exploration Targets"

It suggests that we have larger amounts of Iron ore than the low case of 74M tonnes (high case is 245M) as set out in the
exploration target estimates in the company presentation.
