SP closed 13.16% up today. Not bad. I can see it easily bagging from here as the company updates the market on the strong portfolio that it has been building, providing exposure to #ironore, #copper, #silver and #gold.

I was looking at the price we opened and sentiment in the silver market. The 1p door will be closed at some point soon.
I'm actually surprised we are currently trading below the placing price of 1.1p when we are now so close to news.
Also our minimum bare bones downside valuation is 1.21p.
The company has been busy building a strong portfolio providing exposure to #ironore, #copper, #silver and #gold.
We have been stuck in a range, but the most valuable lesson I have learnt as an investor is that a range is an explosion waiting to happen. A breakout can be explosive, but just need a catalyst.
The catalyst will either be a big move in silver or the company updating the market resulting in a revaluation & rerate.
I'm patient and strapped in for whenever it happens which I know it definitely will.

Interestingly, 4 out of our 7 highest priority targets at Elizabeth Hill/Munni Munni are for Platinum at the Hunters/Ferguson reef.
Also the Munni Munni Complex is the only large platinum deposit in the whole world which is considered a safe jurisdiction.
The market has yet to wake up to this.
Bill said in the last interview he is currently trying to source a drill rig to hit the targets.

This is what Bill said when someone asked him the question on the tailings:
“We are fortunate to have consulting for us a highly experienced gentlemen who has got 30+ years of processing tailings and we are in the final throes of discussing with various labs in Perth for some testing on some samples we already have from the tailings to get us to an initial understanding of extraction ability percentage methodology and therefore all of that we will then be able to put into a cost, what would the cost be to extract, and obviously from that extraction process if we are getting 80% or 70% of the sort of 400-450g material, what would the economics of it be. So we’ll keep you posted and watch this space!”

Hey Nap, Silver Tailings Project 60 day Exclusivity Agreement started on 10th March. So by 10th May we should have it finalised.
16,000 tons of tailings with an ave grade of 472g/t silver (13.3 oz/t silver)
= 212,800 oz of silver!!

If silver prices are going where we believe they will go, this will bring in significant cashflow.

Although we haven't done any drilling for silver yet, we do have exposure at Elizabeth Hill, since it is a JORC resource of which only 1/4 was mined between 1998-2000 leaving 3/4 untouched.

Yes silverhorse, that is true about our Munni Munni Complex (MMC), but there is a big clue in the tweet:

We can only provide exposure if we have the resource.
Still need to drill Munni Munni, so can't currently get any exposure to PGE.

This is a big clue on the upcoming assay results.

(Is this a clue to the upcoming assay results? In order of resource so far = "#ironore, #copper, #silver and #gold." It might indicate they found a large amount of copper & gold at our VMS Copper/Gold system? We currently don't have any resource estimate for copper/gold in our downside valuation at all).

FYI:
The London Stock Exchange doesn’t disclose whether the trades are buys or sells. Sites like this use the timestamp attached to each trade and compare it with the bid-ask spread at the time of trade.
If the price at the time of trade is nearer the bid, it show as a sell.

I find it interesting when someone switches from being very positive to then coming on this BB every day being very negative as the fundaments keep improving. Quite telling.
There was someone on this BB called "earache" I read about that did the same.
The previous owners of EH considered doing a scoping study in 2011 when silver spiked, but were in a poor financial position and did not proceed as price of silver then dropped.
Previously, only certain areas of the underground deposit were mined.
Under 100m is untested.
The surface, top 50m was not mined, and yet we know there is significant resource sitting there.
EH and the surrounding area is very under explored.
