I would love to get away with providing lollipops and bottles of wine as incentives, but it's currently boom time for commodities in WA.
A geologist fresh out of uni with ZERO experience gets paid $100k/year! If you want an experienced management team, then you are going to have to pay for it.
If you don't then Mineral Resources with brand new plush offices and investing over $2billion in Pilbara developing the Onslow project (which actually unlocks Brockman & Vivash) and others will pay.
It is what it is.

I prefer to Accelerate to Production and become cash positive asap.

They need to get the SP to reflect Fair Value. For UFO, initial current Fair Value (prior to expansion drill results) is 2.7p.

This week Chinese steel prices for domestic consumption & export continue to rise sharply.
Some steel mills even raised their prices multiple times a day due to upward demand.

China’s steel market is expected to stay bullish as govt is expected to release more favourable policies to help the economy’s recovery.

At same time US dollar is getting more closer to a peak.
