"Alien's subsidiary, Mallina Exploration Pty Ltd, has executed an Access Agreement with BHP Iron Ore Pty Ltd ("BHP") in relation to the pending tenement E47/5159.

The Agreement facilitates the withdrawal of BHP's objection, enabling the tenement to proceed through the standard government approval process prior to grant over the coming months."

This was key.

E47/5159 is part of original Native Title Agreement already executed, and they are eager to get their royalty payments.

Alien Metals’ JV partner West Coast Silver has started its Phase 2 diamond drilling at the Elizabeth Hill Silver Project, in which Alien retains a 30% free-carried interest through to a decision to mine.

As a reminder, recent hole 25WCDD011 confirmed multiple zones of exceptionally high-grade silver, beginning from shallow depths.

Bonanza (yes, that word) intersections included:

17m @ 858 g/t Ag from 5m, including 2m @ 6,349 g/t Ag from 7m

10m @ 850 g/t Ag from 47m, including 3m @ 2,593 g/t Ag from 50m

13m @ 1,615 g/t Ag from 62m, including 2m @ 10,049 g/t Ag from 63m

The company also found native silver in situ.

We continue to await Executive Director Belinda Murray’s plan to deliver value on Hanc0ck and the PGM portfolio - a webinar is expected in the near term.

One hopes a transaction with a cash element will be forthcoming.
