Hi Bishop. Sounds like a good investment. I live in London. But was I honestly so impressed by the development going on in Birmingham, that I would be interested in buying an investment property there at some point or even relocating.

Doesn't make sense living in London anymore when HS2 will be up & running.

Starting to see the effects of the US$1.2 Trillion Infrastructure Law + $369bn IRA Clean Energy (inc 120,000 wind turbines etc).

We're at the beginning of a multi-decade on-shoring boom.

Can no longer rely on China to make everything for us and give them IOU digitally printed bonds in exchange.

Also I highly recommend Birmingham's Thinktank Science Museum. My kids loved it. Learn so much about engineering. We used to make everything steel related in Birmingham and export it to the world from swords, guns, screws, tools, bicycles, cars, trains etc etc. We need to start making things again on-shore.
