I emailed HL via the messaging option within my HL Stocks & Shares ISA Account, and then followed it up with a phone call.

I also requested written confirmation that they had voted on my behalf as instructed (i.e. yes to all resolutions) which they have confirmed they are happy to do.

Totally agree with you Jet7!

I had been accumulating a modest amount of these (46k shares) since March 2014 at prices from as high as 86.9p to as low as 34.5p (with my average sitting at 64p)

Sold out the majority of my stake, and at a loss, almost a year ago now (at 24.01p) so as to load up with GGP shares in anticipation of the potential "Newmont Deal" being rumoured at the time (and which went horribly pear-shaped as some may already know when they walked).

Somewhat selfishly still hoping that these will stay around this level so that I can get back in with a far larger holding for much less (as was always my intention had the "Newmont Deal" gone through and made all of us GGP investors rich! LOL!)

Still have every faith that MED2002 will come good in the end, and be a "Company maker", eventually, (as I still do with the 2m shares I now hold in GGP), but in the meantime just hoping that I can manage to find the funds from somewhere to load up at these prices.

What a drop.

Used to hold a few here at an average of 0.68p but sold out most of my holding at a loss (0.24p) to invest in GGP before the "NM decision" (so as to get back in here with a larger holding) :-(

Just wish I had the funds available to top up at these prices!! (As could replace my original holding for a fraction of what it originally cost me)

Still have faith in MED2002 (eventually) making FUM a major take-over target (when it finally gets to market) and just hoping to be able to get back in at some point at a SP similar to this.

I tried to get onto their website last night to see if any of the resolutions had been posted yet but there was a problem and so couldn't get access.

Once the resolutions are available it would be really useful if someone could post the items upon which we have to vote on here, as HL have already confirmed to me that no paperwork will be sent by them and that I have to call in to inform them as to how I wish to vote.

My current holding is with HL and having just spoken to them I have been informed that no form/paperwork will be sent out by them.

Instead I am to call them to inform them of how I wish to vote on each of the resolutions put forward.

Does anyone know whether anything concerning this has been published yet and if so where they can be found, as I am keen to ensure that my votes are counted (and HL infomed me that I need to give them "plenty of time" to submit my vote)?

As I've said many times, a re-rate upon news (and preferably a complete buy-out by a major of one or more of our assets, whenever that might be) is the ONLY way we are ever going to see a fair price for what GGP have.

Same here! (But doesn't stop it being frustrating, as sitting on a loss yet again!)

IMO real value will only come when we get bought out by a major (the only reason I continue to hold, whenever that may be) but until then MMs will continue to f**k about with the SP for their own gain! :-(
