right now you have look we cut operating expenses 50%, we're operating 3 offices still and we're going for growth which isn't happening, they know it isn't happening so u'd expect they would continue to drive cost savings down to the bone but that's not the focus.....it's bad management you could run this company with a tiny office cubicle, a few phones and email.

My current major investment is Sula Iron and Gold I made bucketloads on this in the 2014 spike but then bought in half a mill shares at the back end of 2014 thinking iron ore would recover which it didn't but bought in 1,250,000 shares at 0.21/0.225 this and last month price now 0.355, has gold drilling results March and should see a similar spike to the JORC for iron ore but all in my opinion. EMA50 has just crossed the EMA200 on that share and golden cross from a charting point of view is superb. Share I am considering investing in at some point is CPX, has the worlds lowest profile supercapacitor targeting the internet of things on licences....could be the next ARM holdings or fall on its ass, waiting for that to fall into the 6/7p level before investing.

CTAG for me are way overvalued and if I was a shareholder id be worried about pulling off a deal which is why its drifting down but at least they protected their IP unlike fitbug.

good management would cut the office down to 1 cut staff to the bone and throw the savings into reinforcing the sales team which they haven't done.

Knigelk, it went up 300% on an RNS that didn't include the terms of the deal, everyone was expecting ten times the contract worth, that's the only reason it went up that much, it'd have gone up about 10% if the company had specified the terms.....I repeat reduction of overheads/losses was for the company pulling out of the B2C market and absolutely nothing to do with cost cuts which are absolutely necessary here, why need 1 office when 3 will do, its ludicrous.

id personally be very worried that you got a deal December which wasn't announced until last week and the company couldn't even get a proper RNS together and its a fact management cant even get deals on the back of what should have been a major push for them.

then we get glorified stupidity of overheads have been cut in half, OMG they pulled out of the B2C market....they would need to cut costs here further about 90% or sell another 800000 orbs through B2B to make a profit.

Fitbug are really going to buy a company that failed to sell its orbs to consumers and have failed to get good terms on deals with its B2B. That last deal smacked of desperation from management IMHO.

$32bn net assets equates to around £20.6bn and with Coal and Iron Ore equating to around half their earnings expect net assets to fall £2-3bn this year. Coal imports to China are down almost 40% year on year despite a 40% cut in price, Anglo American are still spending capex to bring more coal online during 2016, despite their Canadian coal mine being on care and maintenance and a huge oversupply in coal. Iron ore stockpiles are heading up in China with further capacity coming onstream in the 2nd half of 2015 with more coming 2016. Every listed producing miner is cutting costs rapidly, Anglo American are way behind the curve.

id rather take a chance on a company still making money on lower prices, if its a punt I see more value in stocks like HGM or POG at least they still making money, my bet here is they issue more finance during March.

their revenue for 2013 was £22,833,501 based on 22,383 ounces or £1020.12 per ounce average which is why they made profits in 2013. Current gold price is £748.39 per ounce.

as at final results in P&L account these are the cost figures in their P&L account at their final results, if it helps.......please add them up then divide by their production for 2013 which was 22.383, this then give you the average cost price in £s. Cost of sales (12,603,799) Other operating expenses (1,563,781) Administrative expenses (3,923,266) Finance costs (2,544,705)

the fundraising was £1,200,000 but guys rather than attack me please work out their costs per ounce, you can work this out its not difficult at all its all in their P&L account, just tot up all their costs divide it by their production and you will see that the company are losing £1m a quarter based on current gold prices.

how are they bull****, look at the P&L account in the final results, please work out their costs it takes 5 minutes, rather than attack me work out their frigging costs. total costs as at 30th june 2013 are £20,635,551 divided by 22,383 ounces is GBP921.92 per ounce. the current gold price is £748.39 per ounce, How can they keep going well im sure the GBP12000000 fund raising as of Dec helped but they will need more of the same by March.

serious question here now - do you have the ability to read accounts to work out company costs and to calculate an average cost of production, if so you would see that the company is losing £174 an ounce, I don't need a chart to tell me this is in trouble financially.
