You are putting words in other peoples posts that are not correct, I do like different opinions on their investment here, what I don’t care for is negative false info.

Quady has been active for many years here, he is also wrong on many of his thoughts imo, he is arrogant, ignorant and believes his thought are sacrosanct.

As for reading up on investments and about royalty companies, what do you expect? They are putting money into a mine to be built, they are trusting and no doubt have confidence in Ecuadorian government, I can guarantee they would have information on this before investing this amount of money.

Sick of people posting negative or utterly incorrect information, those two who have just invested $750 million in Solgold are some of the wisest investors in this game, why would they risk their money?

You need to filter the noise and filter the likes of Quady, who believe they know everything without exception, I advise you read the Rns’s that have been posted by Solgold, read about these two investors, then make your own mind up.

This BB has become infested with doom mongers, morons and self proclaimed know it alls. My strongest advice I can give is, believe in no one here including me, believe the company and the ones investing loads of money here, believe in what’s held in this tier 1 mine, 3 yes 3 commodities in high demand, which will keep rising over time due to unstable world and electrification.

So once you’ve made a thorough search and read all you need to, then make your decision without morons and the like here. Unfortunately the posters who do post relevant and concise info are drowned out by childish men and women, I know, men and women

This is what I was saying earlier, only I worded wrongly by saying contract signed later today, I meant to say the finalisation of customary closing documents, which is expected to be received later today regarding the first tranche, hopefully a Rns today or first thing tomorrow

I believe this afternoon we will receive another RNS, which should remove any doubt for the market that it’s on, the confirmation of the signing of paperwork as describes in the first RNS.

Once it’s confirmed this will rise, markets don’t like uncertainty, second RNS then up we go big time

This is a fantastic outcome for Solgold and those that have agreed this deal together, it underpins what Solgold have as a Tier 1 mine, also underpins the wisdom finally being shown by our board.

If a major does want to take it over now, especially a copper developer who knows this has not been touched in the agreements mentioned, must be thinking that this is a nice portion towards a takeover reducing their initial costs, with other deals for that major later on, my opinion is, Solgold have come of age in many ways with this deal, very confident in my holdings here and wish all the best for our futures

Solgold would like to sell Casacabel, Solgolds management want to keep some of the important tenements that have shown great results, bring these on like they have with Cascabel and keep Solgold as a explorer and thus keeping management employed in the game they know.

The trouble with what you have just written is Solgold is a core asset, it is a valuable tier 1 mine with gold,silver and copper, the value of this mine would be a great asset to any mining company over a good period of time.

I suppose it’s how you look at things, to me , if you’re a mining company it’s a no brainer

Your opinion on where we are and what has gone on is too simplistic, Solgold is not selling a plot of land to build a house. The complexity of the legal system and those demands placed on Solgold are astonishing, but slowly and surely they have been overcome, the demand for these precious metals in this tier 1 mine is extremely attractive.

You keep looking at the past to much, it’s what has been accomplished of late you should focus on, anyway, you and some others can paint whatever picture you want, but a lot here know better and won’t be fooled by the few who constantly post negative rubbish.

My take is, rely on the RNS’s for news and not the bone shakers here

No doubt the negative posters will want to have a go back, but who cares, I don’t for the simple reason, what this tier1 mine has is in demand and will be for many many years
