At this moment, Deb is almost at the grasp of MA but i feel sorry for those long termed holders here who bought above 5p. Some investors are ramping this with 7-10 p takeover. We must face reality MA will only bid 5p for each share. The Odds now is 80% higher for MA ‘s successful takeover.

If the BOD finalised their deal with the lenders, then there is no value to existing shareholders. One of the proposals is debt to equity swap . It maybe 1 p for 1 share or 1p for 10 shares.If MA wont give a firm bid including the immediate fund needed then he too would lose his £150 million incestment.

You do not understand the situation of Deb, It is not all about the share price offering but is all about the lenders and the immediate funding needed to avoid administration.
