I have just received a delivery from Gillette direct to customer site without even realising it was an ingenuity customer until I got the confirmation email.

Thg have a department of people to take care of marketing and have plan that works just because you don't understand or like it is neither here nor there to be honest.

But am I buying? I don’t think so. I aim to buy stocks that I’d hold for 10 years or more, and the chances of THG going private in the near future put me off.

Isn't that cutting off your nose to spite your face, I also buy shares to hold and have had thg for nearly 2 years and would continue to hold long term because I see long term uplift here but if it was taken private in the short term for an acceptable uplift on the current price then happy days and I would move on to other opportunities.

Today has been an unexpected opportunity to top up some more sub a quid nibbled a few more.

I saw this as a tip on this is money and got a few and bookmarked it for further buys as money became available. I am still buying this looks like it has some great products so hopefully a long term winner but dyor obviously.

Would he have been hard pressed to except a bid of £1.30 to £1.50 ? I’m fairly sure if an offer of that level had been put to a share holder vote it would be rejected. Why give the company to Apollo to dismantle and take the profits.

I would rather hang on and get full value for my shares even if it takes years
