Seeing as others have been casting their votes I'll be on the blower to HL in the morning to give my instructions which will be 'for'.

As I see it to vote against will mean the co will only be able to raise funds by going back to the likes of YA/Riverfort. That means we would likely kiss goodbye to the co, period.
There's been many moaning about the bad loans and the way we refinanced, yet are now condemning the co to this singular way of raising capital. YA/Riverfort is the worst thing to have happened to wsg, don't want to see it again, I want to see them paid off and go on from there, far from perfect but the best option
I don't like the idea of 0.1 nominal and certainly don't like a 36% discount but can anyone tell me how voting against it actually benefits the co monetarily. Seems to me most are voting to ' teach PF a lesson '. I also think many have called for that vote and said that's how they voted, don't actually hold. Why or how they would benefit from that I haven't a clue.

If I recall correctly, MJF, started to buy around the 1p mark. He bought in batches of 1,000,001 and announced when he was going to purchase them. Which meant we were able to check. Also think he switched to round 1m numbers, again announcing when he was buying.
His 1p buying figure could be rounding off. [ downwards]
