No, you get 145*£0.15 = £21.75
To do this they are creating a new share (B2) matching the same number of SH's holdings @ value of 15p each, which they then redeem and return the 15p each share to you.
Whatever you are holding now multiply that by 15p to see what you will receive.
Then on consolidation say you have 145 shares, you will get 9 shares for every 10 you currently have, that's not in addition, the 145 shares will reduce to 126.
The remaining 5 will be amalgamated with all other holders who have a number not fully divisible by 10
example 177,52,41 ( 7-2-1 ) which they will sell and give proceeds to charity.
Therefore you will have £21:75 cash and hold 126 shares, and the SP should stay around the same price... almost certainly will fall but should pick up quickly.
Happy to be corrected. Don't forget they also said " we expect to announce a further significant return next year. "
