OK, off my soapbox now I don't have or know anybody with Psoriasis, I'm just a simple investor.
There seems to be a little misunderstanding with labeling/instructions which may, I don't know, have room for improvement, before I would've been prepared to write in and query it'll be a better idea if someone who has an issue could write in as they would be better informed to explain, I'd be grateful to hear of any reply.

Let's hope that the best reason is instructions were forgotten to be included. Is anyone else here who has bought able to confirm whether they had directions of use, a big fail if not, and feel a letter to the co for their reasoning, if that's the MO.
