Submiting questions to the bod before the agm will only be answered at the agm, too late to do anything about it if the answers are unsatisfactory.

This is where FH's comments are crystal clear, any action needed, would be needed now.
I don't like typing long responses, I avoid if possible, it's what helps me to restrain myself, but I am livid. Where are the people with support for FH, she's not even getting any tick ups. Is no-one in agreement with her? Happy to watch your money yes, your money flow down the drain?

Not knowing of the top my head what our nominal value is, but I do believe you can not raise money less than that value. If then we are close to that figure now, the consolidation would allow us to raise funds.

Example
0.095p Sp nominal say 0.086 placings nearly always at a discount, more so when co is struggling.

0.095- say 10% ( often greater) =0.085. unable to raise funds.

However consolidate 100/1 sp becomes 9.5p nominal stays the same, co has plenty of room for placing... more than once...

Err no. I came to the conclusion a long time ago after feedback from all co's agm's not just kdnc. The bod's tell you a cross between what you want to hear and what they want you to hear.

I left it long enough to answer you, was hoping someone who knows 100% would tell you. I'm sure it's one person one vote at the agm, if you want all your votes to count you'll need to inform your broker as soon as you can, how you wish to vote. To be safe why not just do that, maybe ask your broker the question, surely they'll know... and may give advice?

I'll leave it to ivy to explain the workings of dilution, have to say that ivy is very bullish, if there's anyone there that is more bearish could be a good idea for their views... just for balance. Where's Ban when you need him? :-p

Please don't think I'm being condescending when I say this.
I take it you understand the consolidation means for every 100 shares you now own will then equal 1 share, so divide your current holding by 100, just knock the last two digits off.

The track record often is the SP will adjust to the same level it sits at now, not always, so that's one lot of bad news. Very often the consolidation is the prelude to more dilution, don't think because the sp rises it's good news.

I will certainly not buy any stock now until there's real good news... by that I mean 'cash' in hand, nothing less.

Cor strewth, missed a bit out about where I check my pf, when they're up it shows not in blue, but green... you can insert that where you like.

that may sound strange even alien, but I was touched, after a day out I checked my PF, blooming hell, two non movers, one down and the rest had sprung up. Including my kndc... if you stick to looking at the one week chart it doesn't look too weedy at all.

FH, well I've never ever seen a two story soapbox before.
While we may share a similar madcap...sometimes zany sense of humour, our ideology seem a chasm apart, about the size between Greenland and Iceland.

Flats and homes, same thing are they not? Factories, maybe a good idea if there's a shortage, just need to start manufacturing something. The high street is disappearing at the rate of knots, many are being made into homes, maybe small factories could be another idea, after all if we built them all from new where would we put the forests?

Don't get me started on my apple mountain about Brexit, it's the biggest mistake this country is ever going to make, it's not all just about the trade, which I also have reservations about.
