The real million dollar question we should ask is why exactly have we been approved for a $10m loan at 5% interest ? And for a maturity of 4 years.. if you really look at it something material convinced the lender and we're yet to find out...if it was a fleece scheme as katstrangler would like you to believe why offer a maturity of 4 years and not 12 months to do the damage?
