I've travelled all over the world - nicest part of Africa is South Africa.. Vegas is OK as I've been a few times to watch fights. done cancun a few times and it gets boring once you've done coco bogos etc.. Went to Nigeria on a business trip and put my card in the bank ATM and 4 hours later my account was cleared out lol. Most stunning part of Africa is Cape Town SA, unfortunately the crime rate leaves alot to be desired. Check out the life expectancy of many African Countries and its not as high as the UK. So UK wins on that front.
