Also …They don’t have to transport large quantities from the basin in terms of what is available as the concentrations are very high compared to current producers which are incredibly inefficient as they are contaminated with rich methane and carbon dioxide which are the carriers of the Helium at circa 0.3-0.5 concentrations.
