Right now with this current cap of COPL and the size of the discovery it is a sitting duck for a take over.

Who rememberers RKH back in the day. Sea lion discovery deep sea, extremely remote. 1/4 the size of the COPL discovery. Reached over £500m cap valuing the find at circa £1 per barrel with huge capex and opex required.

Imagine if that find was inland and 4 times as big.

Well look no further COPL has it and it is surrounded by infrastructure and majors. Oh and it’s already proved it is free flowing light sweet crude. Wow.

Bags if you were around yesterday and the day before you would have seen the last of the placing shares being bought. The resultant move up above the 200DMA yesterday was expected upon completion.

Today it was good consolidation and again closed above the 200DMA, very strong and positive.

Long way north to fair value here.
