AM pad premium for his open market purchase. He stated he wanted more in his interview but entered a closed period so he arranged options at that price which will put his overall holdings at 5.4m should he choose to exercise them.

5 year stamp is standard. He bought 665k at 34p when the sp was 31p. His option were probably worked at the same time. So they were all premium to the sp at the time.

If the market hadn’t sold down from 40p it would be a different story but maybe the sp would be 60p by now and people would complain again.

His 665k purchase at 34p was announced when we were 31p and he wanted more so he will have worked it through the nomad at that time as he said he wanted more but entered a closed period.

People sold and he took advantage therefore it is the markets decision to sell that prompted him to buy more and get the better price on the options.

Bottom line is he has added to the company cash position if he buys them and added to his hiking position which is aligned with share holders.

At the time he worked the options the sp was probably at that price. Remember when he issued his RNS purchase for 665k it was at premium to the sp at the time. So basically the market hadn’t taken the sp up and he took advantage

So if he buys them he increases his position and the cash he pays for them goes straight to the bottom line company cash position

He does have to pay for them they are not free. He had the option to buy them at the price he paid for his 665k he bought on the open market and couldn’t buy more due to entering a closed period.

What percentage of the company does 5.4m shares give AM ?

AM has to pay for these options adding cash to the bottom line.
Ticks 2 boxes as he said he wanted to buy more on the open market on his last purchase of 665k share but we entered a closed period.

So he ticks two boxes. He has to pay COPL for the options

AM wanted to increase his position on the open market after buying 665k but couldn’t as we opened a closed period…so these option he has to buy they are not free but he does manage to get them at the price he paid on the open market once he pays for them.
So when he does the sum he pays goes straight into the COPL coffers adding to the COPL cash balance.

Win win. He boosts his holdings and adds cash to the companies bottom line.
