and why not - need to retain key staff. Increased bonuses usually tie in to profits so take it as a positive.

Have just been reviewing the consensus forecasts for the company and have increased my position by 40% at£1.35.

The dividends forecast 2021/2/3 are forcast to give 34.2p (includes 4p interim already paid).

So 30.4p (32.4-4) versus 135p gives a tax free (ISA) 25% return as cover with a potential revovery in SP. over the next few years.

Obviously misses in forecast aside, I remain confident that this will be good investment (eventually) and will add on futher drops. Parameta seems to be growth and liquidnet should start to contribute more after a slow start.

My aim is to trade my average cost to sub 80p in 2022 with fluctuations.

Jury still out here but the % seem compelling.

As I am sure you know there are more strings to the bow of BVC than covid testing and the knowledge gained can by applied to different areas and other tests. Covid trests worldwide as still in demand and maybe should send a few to China.

I contacted BVC investor relations this morning and asked for a clarification anmd a few hours later the clarification came.

There is never an opportune time for an RNS unless it is held back and favourable. The company goes about its business without worry about the day to day fluctuations.

Previously the RNS was talking about the nationality issue being sorted out in 12 months and so the market needed updated to confirm March instead in the name of openess.

The results should be good when they arrive and looking for news of Edgilty and cyber contracts.

Perhaps it is better to get the news out so it does not detract from the stellar results due shortly.

The outlook is important.

The Group has appointed IBI Trust Management as its trustee and sub-paying agent (the "Tax Trustee"). Re dividend tax - how much was retained? What %. At 1p I did not give it much attention.

when everyone else is in capitulation with a share it is usually the best time to buy.

Time will tell in 3 months who wins the bull bear debate. I remember HOC tanking and then jumping in handsomely for 80p to 130p in a few days.

Could go back to sub 29p or to 90p+ as easily in the long term. At 29p I will be adding a barrowful but do not think I will get a chance.

Who know really?

The covid income stream has been a bonus but also shows how the company adapted and it has been useful to advance new products at speed. There is incremental value in the rapid changes even should the covid story end.

Tree shaking big time but I will float up and down with the tide and buy back more of my 98p sales as cheaply as possible.

What is a realistic price target for recovery or is it a bust?

Oils & financials are stable / strong atm but may be near a ST top with the good news priced in. The time to buy these was 3 6 12 months ago.

As a contrarian I have been trimming BP STAN HSBC etc but adding to other on dips.

The travel sector will be the winner on a 12 month view from here and oil will rise near term as economies expand and then retrace a bit imho.

Who knows though.

If a stock feels right to you, top up as the lowest you can get it at.

TED here looks interesting.

I am with you topping up, particularly on down spikes. MMs will play with this RNS and shake the tree. The buyback to me is neutral over time but marginally positive.

The BoD will expore other listing options and find a solution in time.
