Megroup 3 days ago job
Wouldn’t it be great if we came back as me funding
“Rob said with ever increasing interest from credit investors looking to use the Group’s platform to deploy funds to UK consumer litigation funding, it was now essential that the credit functions of the Group were separate to the LegalTech division in order to remove any potential conflict. We’ve grown rapidly from being solely a supplier of LegalTech services to offering an end-to-end platform for consumer disputes, and consequently litigation funding is becoming an ever-larger part of the Group.”
Looking forward to them getting the securitisations over the line
A couple of years ago it took 12 weeks
I would give it 8 weeks
1st of september
Said the other day that they haven’t invested money and time over 3 years to not be committed
Well the layout comes from increasing the share price and building a massive company
Their shares are now worth 10 million so they have made about 8 million on paper in 3 years
I would think that they will make Forbesventures a success after going over the past rns releases
Good luck
So overall they have put in about £2mill
173 million shares at 0.1046
Forbes Ventures announces that Belvedere Capital Limited (“Belvedere”) has transferred its holding of 173,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) to Quanta Capital Limited (“Quanta”) at a price of 0.1046 p per Ordinary Share. Quanta is owned by the same individuals as Belvedere and, as with Belvedere, Rob Cooper, the Chief Executive of Forbes, is a director of and major shareholder in Quanta. The Ordinary Shares held by Quanta represent 48.6% of the Company’s issued share capital. In addition, the Company has received a TR-1 which is reproduced without amendment below.
Sorry correction. They initially bought 17imilliom at 0.10
Frustration speel
It is what it is. If this doesn’t work out I’m done with shares anyway
It’s a minefield down here in penny stocks
I’m not sure how much me group paid for their 60% holding. I would say it was at 0.20p for 273 million (£5.5 million)
I don’t think me group are used to failing so let’s hope they turn this around
Also, directors have been working unpaid for 3 years
They will want some pay off
I did not see many sells go through before suspension to suggest this is going under
We just need a bit of luck that’s all
As for suspension. It will be lifted
Peterhouse are in deep here as are me group.
While us minnows own 59 million between us so there you go
Worst comes to worse and it becomes a shell on aquis again
5.5 million shares worth 0.0p
For the time being yes
No positive spin at all. I’m concerned. Very concerned
