Yes but at odds with a company with a history of raising capital, and previously not thought necessary to have in the locker. The general meeting is interesting because of decisions the bod want shareholders to approve

I see resolutions passed allowing the company to buy its own shares and also call a general meeting with 14 days notice usually a need when there is a resolution outside of the scope of directors authority.

This has been mentioned a few times by different bod members I wonder if an application has been submitted it is separate from the usual approvals. With the research now showing covid cases suffering from IPF it must be a possibility.
