Thank you JT. I believe you reported this in the last week or two . Wanted to get a more direct connection. ONHYM appears to me to want to develop their own properties. The two main reasons they will be successful. They know for sure they have generating oil/ gas basins and trapping mechanisms. So now they just have to find which door it is behind. Where they also have clues.

ONHYM has a very well done website. Asked their chatbot when they will be a self sustaining enterprise. Personally, they are our saviour I believe. We can help each other. Gratitude is part of their character, though unsuccessful Chariot has helped Morocco move into the future. If they respond I’ll post. AP has a mining company in Namibia but don’t recall if he has one in Morocco. AP is extremely well connected. Good for us.

It is strictly based on the construction schedule for the 194mw of wind power. Income from generating the electricity plus some trading income as well. Then supposedly they have 15 times more in the pipeline, 3 gw. It doesn’t look like anyone is really paying attention. If this all works Chariot could be making for their share $100mm per month in 5 years. Should make the stock worth $6 or $7 per share. It’s what the come suggests. Good luck.

Surfit, You mention ONHYM, there is the saviour. You remind me of when HL Hunt said he could find more oil with a road map than his son Nelson Bunker could with all his geologists. Though Nelson did open up Libya. The only thing for sure is we have to drill. That is the only way to make it. You mention Repsol. At that time they probably would have flared the gas if they had found oil. You are right they have gotten distracted by the windmills to our long term benefit it looks like. So they traded the Loukos commitment for something. Their communications could improve. In 18 months our annual income will be something like $84mm or so. Nice. I recommend keeping the faith. Thanks for all the great details. Just copied from Chariot’s website. Worth noting I thought. Again the difference I mentioned before, I think it has merit, our CEO is already in the chips pretty good. He must look at these in the ground behind the pipe assests as money in the back. Keying off of something AP said in July. When he came on board they created a 5 year plan. He says they are executing. I can only believe what he says and wait for the fulfillment . Over 100 Bcf of resource potential has now been identified and the team have described multiple drilling and testing opportunities, within both existing gas discoveries as well as new opportunities.

Based on our previous work , on a Btu basis, this is equivalent to 17mm boe in the ground. We came up with a value for say 20mcfd of production but I wonder if someone has a value for what in-place reserves are worth? My guess would be $3 or $4. Several times our current market. The point for me is, this is what Paul Suess was talking about, someone will finally realize the real value here hidden in the ground. Let’s hope soon. Maybe someone can contribute a better number?

When I was in college , late 70’s, I knew a retired Postman whose name was Paul Seuss. He was a Unitarian as were several of my professors. Late in life he became very successful in the stock market. His thesis was buy hidden value. He said if he had started earlier he would be quite wealthy. He was always over in the stacks doing research. One company he was interested in was a non paper company that owned a lot of timber in east Texas. His point was obvious. With Chariot we may be at this critical mass juncture where they will finally be realized for some positive things they have done instead of being punished for failures. AP has to sell the punters on the future. Doing things right behind closed doors doesn’t create buy orders. Contrary to Mr Buffet’s admonition, Bernard Baruch said in the long run we will all be dead. Let’ get this thing moving now!

Rebuilt a pedestrian railroad tunnel 4 years ago under 6 mainline tracks, it was original in 1956 out of an 84” corrugated galvanized ovoid. Replaced it with a stainless system, rebar and pumped concrete. What is Germaine to our gas business we cast piping/ electrical through the lower corner. Thinking this new tunnel could house large gas pipelines too. A double benefit. If indeed they need more productive capacity than what exists.

The 194mw of wind generation is 18 months away. Making the electricity and trading the electricity will bring in at least $7mm per month. Our part. Fortunately I have been able to piece my holdings together. With eyes open I see the premium. The consolation is, when we succeed, the shares are all in a tax free account. Did move a 100K from a taxable account they’ll be held in there for 5 years. Will pay tax on those this Spring. Later the premium paid now will be inconsequential to the share price rise with so many shares and being a non- taxable account. 1 penny now is $2300 to me. A solid rise and we’ll be in clover. Answering your question, the share purchase is totally hidden from my viewing. At $50 commission you can’t nibble because they shown themselves to be cheats. $50 for $17 worth of stock. The “all or none” works to my benefit but makes buying more difficult. Comfortable now with the way it has worked.

Thank you for the input. It has been many moons since I owned an ADR. Bought BP in 92 at $42 and sold it for $64 I think and it went on up another I recall $80. It’s big move years ago. Once it split and came back down it has never been the same. Took some copper profits this year and bought some more CHAR. My fear has been they would go belly up but with no debt that is unlikely. With all that has happened recently and Maurice saying they have enough cash till July bankruptcy seems remote. Maybe 200K more for me and I’ll be satisfied. If they really do develop 3GW of wind it will be really big. My goal is to build two swimming pools for several high schools. My home town and where I am retired. Chariot could be that vehicle. Yes. The bid ran just over a penny for a month, and just under a penny for more than a week. Today was a revelation . My account went up today $65K strangely. Bought the last 100 @ 2.75 and I think the previous 200 at the Same. Have tried 2.5 cents for many weeks , today when the bid was so low had an order for 200 at 2 cents, nothing. I started to buy all or none because they cheated me twice. You pay a $50 premium for buying a foreign stock. Once they charged me $50 for $17 worth of stock and another time $50 for $50 worth of stock. I learned my lesson. Complained to Schwab but no consideration Applied for a Global Account in August and they lost interest I guess. Been able to piece meal pretty successfully though. Been with Schwab since 89. Probably to my advantage because the Global might not fit in my tax free stuff. But $50 for $17 worth was wrong they should have my best interests at heart. They have tried to bait me quite a few times is obvious because I have been the only substantial buyer for months. A couple 100 share trade at a higher price. Born at night but not last night.

Saw the best price action today in weeks. 295K @ 3 cents. Bid 2 ask 3. Still trying to buy a few hundred more for at least a week+. The 2 cent ask is a slight premium to AIM. The stock has languished for quite some time. My holdings 2.3mm @ a cost of $89489.67. Need 4 cents to break even. GLA

And at the of end 2027, with 1.5 billion shares outstanding, with what we have planned right now, 194 mw, earnings would be 7 cents per share. With a modest P/E ratio of 10 the stock price would be 70 cents 46 times higher than today. Excluding oil and gas.

If these income numbers are close to where it looks like they could be excluding oil and gas, the stock price in 5 years could be $10. Assuming a modest PE of 10. Where I think the S&P 500 in June was 28. Sounds crazy but do the math.

So by 2030 we are looking at having 3 GW spinning that is 15 times what we currently are developing, 194 mw. Based on Obscure’s $7mm total per month for 40 % modified a little to the 50% efficiency which is my corrected 100% is $8.75mm. If everything is held constant and built by 2030, out income in 5 years should be $131.25 mm per month. A breathtaking some. Say a clear billion and quarter dollars per year. Unimaginable.
