They did:
"Christian Schaffalitzky, Executive Chairman of Eurasia commented: "The Directors are committed to maximising the value for all shareholders, and thus committed to advance the Rosgeo JV concurrently with the progress we are making on our strategy as announced on 12 May"."
You're just too lazy and/or stupid to realise.
It's simple really:
You either believe the legal RNS released by the company which states 'High-Grade Intersections' and the obvious excitement from the CEO's statement, OR...
You believe strangers on a bulletin board.
I know which I'm going with.
Either way, the market will decide and these are the start of a lot more results to come.

The 2m trade is listed on London Stock Exchange website as LRGS (large in scale) deferral. So a delayed trade which is deemed to be larger than is 'normal' for POW.
Can only imagine that this is why it is missed out from the cumulative total of trades that LSE has recorded today. So total volume should be just over 4m traded
Yeah, all standard resolutions for any company's AGM
I think it's gotten to the stage here where people are so bored (for want of a better word) that they keep looking to the next possible target. We had it last year: "The BoD will want this wrapped up by Christmas" then it was the new year, then it was the start of the mining season, now this. I.e - something to 'look forward to'.
Unfortunately, it possibly ends up having a more detrimental effect on the SP in the short term where impatient PIs buy in with the hope of making a quick buck.
We need to stop setting these targets ourselves. A timeline should only be considered likely if provided by the company. Otherwise, treat this like any other INVESTMENT.
Agreed, and I posted about it the other day.
The dates just seemed to be relatively close together which encouraged speculation and expectation.
What was posted today was simply a financial report and a standard notice of AGM....and all hell has broken loose on here.
When the last placing was done back in August. That was also at the market price at the time, no discount.
Following that, there was a brief spike but the SP slowly made its way down towards 17.5p. The same riff raff came out then, spouting rubbish about the company. Guess what happened next? SP climbed pretty rapidly towards 37.5p.
Agree with Calamari, we're just speculating (hoping) that the proximity of the ending FSP and upcoming AGM are linked. However, I wouldn't be surprised if we hear very little regarding the asset sale prior to the AGM.
But, as proved by the recent EGM, these can be scheduled with only 21 days notice so it's really no big deal if nothing is mentioned before the AGM
Starting to gain traction & attention.

Real shame that pretty much every thread on here now seems to descend in to arguing, bickering and then subsequent name calling. Really petty stuff.
Thanks Bobzrig for trying to bring back some sense and relevance
I know Phil, I can only hope the phone line is better than the internet connection I'm listening through.
Can't make out these responses at all.
Indeed.
Could do with the market playing ball at some point, though. Enough of these 20% spreads.
