Still can't figure it out if they are dishonest or incompetent. I'm only sure of one thing AVOID AVOID AVOID these names.

They had everything on the table: Completely clean cash shell, funds for transaction in the bank, support from loyal shareholders, huge list of fantastic companies in different sectors looking for listing.

The conclusion is, you have to be a completely fkn idiot or simple a conman unable to finish RTO deal.

I disagree with anyone who said that SH won't give any significance for SP. Once news drops it's a prove and huge sign that this co is running very good with right direction.
